Actually you're correct, how in the world do you host a picture? I couldn't find the "change avatar" section. Sorry for being a noob..

lots of places like imageshack.com ShareAvenue.com fileden.com and others are free photo files to host your pics/avatar

and consider how big the forum is you have plenty of threads to jump in and talk, so hitting 300 won't take that long
