But there's the simulator already, which kind of makes PVP slightly redundant. Sure, it still gives them 300 XP which is always useful, but you can level up far quicker using the simulator, which can add ten times the amount that PVP can.

 

A lot harder to get extra Simulator tokens though.

 

Well they come about every 6 hours or so. I have so many heroes in need of training anyway that I can't use them on everyone so it's not really a problem for me. Once a hero is trained and ready to level up again, I can just put them in the simulator, but then it will be hours before someone else can go through there again because of the time it actually takes to train them. So more than 6 hours will have passed anyway.

And for the heroes who are higher up (eg level 11 and above), you can just level them up easily with one simulator battle whereas using PVP you'd have to do several and you still might not have reached the required number of XP points.

 

I really hate all those map drops because it takes away from the UIso that drops. Hopefully they fixed the drop rates so we don't have what happened with the Halloween junk.

I'm all out of UISOs at the moment so I can't play the SO. And I can't farm for CPs either, because Cap is on Level 15 training. In fact, he's been ready for that for weeks now, but this is the first time I could actually get a chance. I suppose I'd have to train Shadowcat as well at some point, since she's currently my lowest ranked hero at level 10. I never get round to her though because I always need her for the deploy in 12.2.

 

Got A-Bomb... right after starting 2 24 hour trainings... guess got to wait till tomorrow to level him up

 

Look who the next LB hero will be: Howard the Duck. Now it just feels like PD is running out of good heroes because they refuse to or can't use any more X-Men and mutants due to some new Disney guidelines regarding them.

 

I don't think so... didn't we just get some mutant stuff this year? I'm guessing it's more just spreading good heroes out so people keep playing hoping their favorite will come in the future.

and if Howard is a pvp lockbox hero it makes more sense than if he was a spec ops lockbox hero who are generally more tied into the story.

 

When are we going to get Howard the Duck exactly?

And really, Gladiator could've been a LB hero, which he could still be when Daredevil Season 2 rolls around.

But how about Nighthawk as one? It could cover his Squadron Sinister/ Squadron Supreme days and have a Defenders costume as an alt (or maybe the other way round).

Also it annoys me that when it shows Kingpin has 2 turns, he really has 4 turns often.

I should be able to get Boomerang within the next 50 boxes though.

 

You would think a guy named Webfoot Hero would like getting Howard the duck in the game.

Anyway, there are still plenty they can use. I definitely think all the remaining Squadron Supreme members are options.

 

Also, Winter Soldier should most likely be a lock box for the Cap 3 SO.

 

I'm still surprised they didn't make Bucky a LB recruit back when Cap 2 came out. He was right there in the SO. All they had to do was hand him over.

 

You know who'd make a good LB hero? Captain Ultra. And he'd be really vulnerable to fire attacks.

 

He would enter the battle with pyrophobic already applied.

 

How about Jack O'Lantern a LB hero? He could be a Jack in the Box.

I have 180 unopened lockboxes currently. If I can get the epic weapon to drop before the SO is over, then I might start opening them.

 

Why not just open them now? How does the epic weapon dropping affect opening the LBs?

I'm not far off from the number of LBs I had to open last time for Mordo. I ended up with 8 covers and 17 duplicates, and took 250 LBs in all.

 

Because i have to use Boomerang in the boss fight for mission 3 and i dont feel like power leveling him.

 

He would only take about a day to train up to level 9 with both the PVP and simulator. In the time between the resets when you get more UISO (especially if you don't have any or are running low), you could've trained him up easily to the appropriate level.

 

Got Boomerang. Only used 4 gold total. Could've waited another 3 days but at this point it was worth it. Besides, having 233 gold was hurting my OCD mind, now it's even at 230.

I don't know what this means for MAA, I'm not feeling like playing the new game...

 

Avengers Alliance 2? What can they possibly have that is so different? I haven't even collected all the heroes in AA1 or completed all the missions yet. Are they planning to have different heroes? Because we still have many still to be released or made.

I don't know if I would feel like playing that either. MAA takes long enough already as it is.
