If there is going to be a body count, which I kind of doubt, who would you like to see on it?
Also, Wolverine should be fighting himself.

She's the first child born after M-Day to Louise Spalding and an unamed father. Thats the extent of what Marvel has revealed. What her connection to the Phoenix Force and who her father is, is still a mystery. I still think she's a lost Phoenix fragment come to life. I hope they will FINALLY answer these questions with this arc since the PF will be playing a roleSpeaking of Hope, did we ever find out who the hell she is or did Marvel pretty much just drop that whole mystery?
Or better yet, the Wasp comes back as the Phoenix! The Phoenix Wasp! Flaming Hornet? Uh... Firebug? Whatever, it'd be awesome.Since Phoenix Force will be the major catalyst that made both Avengers and X-Men fight each other, I'll be disappointed if Marvel doesn't use this opportunity to bring back Jean Grey. She's one of the dead Marvel superheroes that I hope will return in the near future, Wasp/Janet Pym is another.

Well i certainly hope this doesn't mean someone say Matt Fraction gets to write characters as *****és again, but glad to hear the writers are still allowed to somehow keep their own distinct voices.Axel Alonso: Not really. The five writers involved in this event -- Brian Bendis, Jason Aaron, Matt Fraction, Jonathan Hickman and Ed Brubaker -- are all invested in this story and none of them are strangers to doing stories of incredible scope. While the overall story was workshopped by the entire group -- with ["Avengers" writer] Brian [Bendis] and ["X-Men: Schism" writer] Jason [Aaron] playing leading roles in the specific plotting of the story, each issue will be written by one of these writers, each of whom will bring their unique voice to that chapter. Brian writes "AvX" and it feels like a Brian Bendis comic, not a comic written by committee.
Well isn't the answer regarding Wolverine a No? Why else would Cable want to murder Wolverine? the Avengers Sanction is happening because Cable wants to prevent this, and Wolverine is one of his main targets.Alonso: When you're doing a story as huge as "AvX," big questions emerge -- like, "Will Wolverine and Cyclops going to put aside their differences and unite a common foe?" That's the type of question that will divide fans, and it does the same thing will us. At least initially. See, it's our job to wrestle through those tough questions and come to a conclusion. To commit. That's what we do in our summits. It's not always pretty, but it works for us. [Laughs]
Alonso: "AvX" is 12 issues long, shipping bi-weekly over six months, so it's going to have a lot inertia. Every two weeks, you get a new chapter of the story; every two months, you get a game-changing twist that escalates the stakes. Each Act will feature one double-sized issue and there will be a prologue -- "AvX" #0 -- by Brian, Jason and Frank Cho.
Again they talk about no tie-ins, but then again we already know they're double shipping like crazy, so if say April has again 2x New Avengers, thats pretty much the same as 1xNew Avenger and 1 Tie in lol.Second, "AvX" will feature far fewer tie-ins than we've done in the past. We're limiting them to ongoing books that directly tie into the Avengers and X-Men franchises, and we're being very conservative. We have one standalone tie-in series -- the high concept for which is completely brilliant -- and we'll be announcing it soon. The title says it all.
I'm guessing Age of Ultron is Bendis' conclusion to his Avengers run, i wonder how much focus Moon Knight has, now that his ongoing might get canceled after #12. He had good focus on the Avengers point one issue Bendis and Hitch did.Spidey616 chimed in with another hot topic, wondering "Between 'Avengers Vs. X-Men' and the recent news that Bendis will be stepping down from Avengers in 2012, curious where his Age of Ultron storyline with Bryan Hitch falls into place in relation to AvX?"
Alonso: Brian and Bryan's "Age of Ultron" story is not related at all to "AvX," but it's still happening. We're just not ready to say anything more than that at the moment.

Exactly what I was hoping for.Now I can completely ignore this thing.Bleeding Cool is reporting that Marvel is going light with the tie-ins to Avengers vs. X-Men, primarily focusing them on Uncanny X-Men, Wolverine & the X-Men, Avengers, and New Avengers. Plus a few tie-in minis like a Front Line/Embedded/The Home Front equivalent. Books like Uncanny X-Force, New Mutants, Thor, etc. will not be involved.
