Hard's not really that much harder than the other difficulties to me. If you get surrounded by thugs, just spam the hell out of the counter button. It may ruin your combo count, but it's not like they're not going to try and attack you eventually.

Yeah that's what I do, it dose not look as cool but at least you won't die.

I never died by unarmed thugs until I was first playing it on hard, then I started fighting dirty, and I'm on my way now to finishing it a second time. Good thing I know where most of the challenges are; otherwise, I wouldn't get anywhere with the points I amass from taking down thugs.

wow, what a lazy day. Collected the remaining trophies and found the spirit of Arkham. Puts me at 84% complete, so time to do some challenges.

I kicked the box but I still can't beat the second boss battle/confrontation of scarecrow. I'm stuck, it's so hard, I've failed probably 90 times, is there anyone out there who has beaten the second scarecrow battle? Help anyone, please?

Why the hell are you kicking a box?

The Scarecrow sections are all pretty much straight forward, just keep running to the right side of the screen, jumping, shimmying and ducking where necessary.

Yeah, no kidding. Combat is the best on hard, why the hell would you try to no-skill your way through it? I love those times when I find myself surrounded by 10 goons, just methodically taking them down.

Because greg's obviously having some trouble with it and that's a simple strategy that works. Again, not everyone's obsessed with building their l33t skillz or anything. Some just play the game to have fun, and getting your ass kicked isn't really that fun.

N00b advice works. I button-mashed my way through Marvel vs. Capcom and every version of Street Fighter 2 plenty of times in the arcades when I was a wee lad.

You have 2 options:

A) Buy the ****ing strategy guide if you need someone to hold your hand through it.

B) Sell the game b/c it's clearly not for you.

I don't mind people asking for help. I've done it a few times in this thread. But you're asking about everything. Buy the guide, look on the Game FAQ boards, or just sell the game already.

Here you go, http://guides.ign.com/guides/14273491/page_34.html there is the Scarecrow section, now just continue using this from here whenever you get stuck instead of waiting for people in this thread to answer you. You'll get results much quicker.

I'm not really excited about Joker being playable in the challange rooms.
I wish there was a bonus level where you break out of your cell as the Joker killing guards and then the game really ends when you exit the building.
