I did not forget about Konami. They are definitely the worst, but will soon be irrelevant because they are leaving the market. Then WB Interactive will step in.I still can't forgive Konami after cancelling Silent Hills. I mean that just hurts. To not just cancel it but remove PT from Playstation Store is petty as ****.
Grant it, how WB handled the PC port and season pass to Arkham Knight was poorly but unlike many AAA studios, they are actually putting out good games.
The published Witchers 3 for North America. They did Mad Max, Lego Jurassic World, Lego Dimensions, Batman Arkham Knight, Mortal Kombat all this year. I mean that's a pretty good year.
Activision barely has anything outside of now Destiny, bringing back Guitar Hero, and COD. They seriously ****ed up Tony Hawk. They haven't had a good Marvel game in God knows how long.
I feel EA is slowly improving but how Star Wars Battlefront will do will be the biggest test for EA and how fans feel about them.
WBI's biggest problem aren't the games they release, it is how they release them and handle DLC. Look at the cost of Lego Dimensions and the Arkham season pass. Look at the DLC for stuff like Mordor and MKX. Now look at the actual content you get for your money. This is before we get into how broken Arkham Knight was on PC, how broken Origins was in general, and how they stiffed Wii U users. Before we get into the Batmobile fiasco, one they only informed the fans less then a week before release.
Using the Witcher 3 is a bit of a non-starter because their money isn't invested in it and thus have no say in what is and isn't charged for.
