I'm looking into buying Darwyne Cooke's 'Batman: Ego' (probably the hardcover version which includes some of his other Batman stories), as well as Batman: Snow, but I'm not certain whether I'll get them or not.

If anybody has read either of these stories, I'd love to hear what you thought about them?

Thanks

Buy Ego.
Hands down... one of the greatest Batman stories I have ever read. Still did not pick up Snow, so I cant comment. I heard it's THE Mr Freeze novel though.

Get the Ego hardcover. I picked up Snow and browsed through it, nothing special.

I got Ego a few days ago but have yet to only thumb through it. It looks damn good though.

snow was decent. nothing special. the art was kinda kooky, but it was fun. the story had its moments, but also its downfalls.

I just read Ego the other night and there be monsters, still have to read the other stories, but so far very good. Ego was good, and TBM wasn't bad, just a short story but fun.

Sounds like 'Ego' is a winner. :yay:
thanks ark/bubba/orko/motown/spider-bat

Ego and the other stories in that volume are top notch. The last short story, called "Deja Vu" is one of the best Batman stories ever. (based off another story called "silent night."
