Villain That Should Be Included in the Current Franchise​

Hi, I'm Mister J. You may remember me from such Batman Elimination Games as 'Best Character in Succession', 'Notable Quotes' and 'I'll ****ing Kill You If You Don't Vote For The Joker'. I'm back like your Uncle Bingo. It's time to pay the check.

Which of the inhabitants of perhaps the finest Rogues Gallery in all of fiction should be adapted in the latest Batman franchise? Naturally, I've left out those villains already included in Batman Begins and those to be seen in The Dark Knight. I hope the omission of The Terrible Trio and Maxie Zeus isn't too upsetting. With respect to your personal deliberations, and as per mandate of my Custom Title, any discussion that promotes a stifling presence of realism, which would likely (if not unnecessarily) eviscerate the relevant fantasy elements of the Batman mythos, will be met by swift and awesome retribution. Crush you like a 600 pound shut-in sitting in a chair made of balsa wood. Crush you good.

Basic Rules: You subtract one point from a moment you don't like and add a point onto another moment that you do like, until (much like the number of extra days in a leap year) there is only one. You can only post once in 60 minutes, meaning every 60 minutes you can vote to give everyone a chance.
