Is this book included in Batman: Illustrated or is it just a re-issue of The Demon Awakes?

I'm leaning towards a reprint.

It was a 4 issue mini printed during the time when DC was reprinting some of their older, more popular items in deluxe format. It was eventually expanded on and re-reprinted as the tpb Tales of the Demon.
The issues collected in this which were drawn by Neal Adams are in the Neal Adams hard covers.
