I love both but Batman was better for me since number one he is my favorite hero and number two the episodes were more memorable. Also i hated that Spiderman's episodes were always carried over in 2 or 3 parts or an entire arc. It really is frustrating when you have to wait for the next episode to be EVERY time. I think there was only a handful of one shot self contained episodes. In the end, both were great but B:TAS takes it.

B: TAS was better....But Spider-man: TAS was really good though...but I won't lie B:TAS. :yay:

Since Spidey is losing I vote Spidey

batman, loved that one as a kid, along with the spidey one

Well I'm no big fan of either hero so I don't care which wins. That said I also didn't like either show truthfully. I thought Superman TAS was better than both, as was the Spidey MTV series, the Justice League & JLU.

I liked Spider-man: TAS more. But Batman: TAS was one of the first things that got me interested in comics.

My vote goes to Batman.

I have Season 3 on dvd and it's very enjoyable

I love them both, but Batman: TAS had better stories and almost always hit me as much emotionally as well as with the superhero moments.

Spider-Man was good, maybe great. Batman was transcendent. Yes, it transcended the medium of Saturday morning cartoon and appeals to everyone. It was just so well written.

Batman is one of the greatest, if not the greatest cartoon of the 90's. Spider-man I found to be have crappy animation and repeated and overly dramatic music, and that was when I was a kid.:o

Batman TAS is arguably the best comic cartoon ever created. It had great appeal to Batman fans as well as non-Batman fans like myself. None other can touch it in my opinion. X-men TAS is my favorite bc Im a huge X-men fan, but Batman was overall a better series. I really didnt care for the Spider-man cartoon but had to watch Batman everyday

BTAS. Its not even debatable.

dude, it's no contest AT ALL.

BTAS had some brilliantly written episodes that rivaled some great drama series (Mr. Freeze's intro episode, Gray Ghost). it gave us the best portrayal of the Joker (and Mr. Freeze, and Man-Bat, and... I could go on) ever. it actually added some great stuff to the Batman mythos (Harley f***in Queen). the art department was just f***ing genius. it was classic and classy in every sense of the words.

SMTAS had that annoying music at the beggining of every episode, a playboy Peter Parker. that horrible though occasional mesh of 3D and 2D. ridiculous constraints (no punching  ). downright silly plots (Spider-Man meets Stan Lee; nuff said).

like I said. NO CONTEST.

STAS and BTAS are better than X-men TAS. XTAS had that crappy anime look.

No brainer. BTAS all the way. I liked both but BTAS is superior on all levels.

Soider-Man: TAS is a highy overated series with the over dramatic music, the terrible voice acting, the bizarro plots about crazy inventions, people being cloned and throw into other worlds and also of the creaters watering down Spider-Man and his villains. Batman: TAS is one of the best cartoons ever created and Marvel's crappy cartoons would stand under the shadows of Bruce Timm's D.C cartoons.

Batman all the way, I never cared for the Spider-Man cartoon. Too many things about it bothered me.

batman tas was way superior to spiderman tas

Great thread. I love both but i found SM declining in story quality as it went into season 5. That and those idiots at Fox didn't air the stories in the right order they were meant to be seen in, so sometimes it was hard to follow.

Batman was great. Great writing. Still holds up even to today.
Now let's get Spiderman TAS released on dvd, season by season like they did Batman, o.k..?
