I say no,because Darth Vader would use his powers to sufficate Batman.

This seems like another tough contest. I'd have to say Darth Vader would win because of powers of the Dark Side & his talents wielding a lightsaber. Another reason is because they're both mortal, with the exception being that Vader has the ability with the Force.

Not to mention the fact Vader or any Force user can forsee the future & past.

The Force doesn't make Vader all powerful and seeing the future takes concentration and then it's only one possible future. Crushing Batman's windpipe with the Force would still take concentration while Batman could still use the time to throw a Batarang into Vader's life support chest control system. He could also use a smoke pellet to distract his concentration. Alternatively Vader does have that suit which enhances his strength and the lightsaber combined with force sensitivity would make any future batarangs pretty much infective.

It's not a simple question of X would win because of this ability, it would be long, drawn out and bloody.

As to how will he beat Darthvader's Force, he can take Superman's Phantom Zone projector gun and use it to send Darth Vader to a Phantom Zone, where he will not have the Force with him as he is no longer in the Star Wars Universe.

Before Batman can use The Phantom Zone Projector Gun,Darth Vader will have already used his powers to send the gun out of Batman's hands.Darth Vader would then slam it against the wall.

Says who? Talk to many writers? It's completely plausible that Batman could win. He's gone up against GODS and come out on top, he can take a Sith. Atton Rand in KoTOR II proved that a non Force Sensitive could easily kill Force users.

"People say killing Jedi is hard. It's not, you just have to be smart about it. No blasters, no getting close to them, no attacking them directly when you can gun down their allies instead."

"When fighting a Jedi, you wound the Padawan first, then let the rest take care of itself. Not only will the master move to protect the student, but the Force bond between the two will mess up the master's head better than any stab wound."

Sure Vader doesn't care much about his allies nor does he have a padawan worth being distraught over but the point remains, there's ways to interrupt someone's connection to the Force for long enough to kill them. Atton also said that you can confuse a Jedi by sending them a barrage of emotions and by playing pazaak in your head so they can't read your movements. Batman showed he was more than capable of doing similar in the JLU episode with Dr. Destiny.

Batman would also win because he's the hero and in the SWU that means he has plot armor and is destined to win.
