Honestly, Batman wouldnt be a match for spidey, batman is near olympic level as far as agility, spider-man is superhuman. His strength is also superhuman, batman just has gadgets and knick knacks to throw at people. When faced with someone who is way stronger, batman usually finds ways to outsmart his opponent, Spidey is no fool, he works the same way, but given that he has spider senses, its much easier for him to get the jump on batman
