I don't think IMDB approves title changes unless the higher-ups at WB say so. On IMDB, the project title has changed from "Untitled Man of Steel Sequel" to "Batman vs. Superman."

That doesn't mean it still can't change, but it looks like Batman vs. Superman will be the working title now.

Just like early on how he said WB made him ditch the "underwear" (and I KNEW that had to be the case), but later he tried to rework it to sound like it was an "artistic choice" choice of his own for interviews (also at WB's request, I am pretty sure).

WB announced that these two hero's will go head to head so WB will want to make sure every person and their dog will know what movie it will be.

So with Ben Affleck cast, it's more likely that, if they go for a "vs" title, it will be Batman vs Superman rather than Superman vs Batman. He is a bigger star than Henry Cavill and more of a draw, although it probably would've been the same if Christian Bale were in the role too.
