$75 for a new copy? jeez... Thats kinda steep.

So it's out of print then huh?

I always wonder about these Deluxe/Absolute joints and if there worth picking. like what else is in the case? Some comic stores have them on the sale though....

deluxe hardcover for year one is only regular comic sized isn't it?
there's some excerpts for sketches and storyboards etc and some promo material in there.

After I read your post, I went to the 2 different Barnes and Nobles in my Area and neither had it... And when I typed it in the computer there were no matches except the Softcover...

SOOOOO???

You wanna go back to your store and pick one up for me and I'll send you a Money Order for the Book plus shipping? lol

Because the only place I can find one is on Amazon for over $50

the special features are nice but nothing spectacular. There's some initial sketch pages (how david used gregory peck as a model for bruce wayne, costume stuff, etc), some promotional pieces, some examples of the recolour from the initial single issues to the special edition trade version, and a one-page batman story david drew when he was 7 thrown in for kicks.
Does the sc have the same features?
