Kitty never remains permanently phased in the movies, or at least we haven't seen it. Kitty is a good fighter, but Callisto is better, and with her superspeed, she might be able to catch Kitty off guard.

You bring up an interesting point. Enough to convince me to vote for Callisto. We don't know if Kitty can phase for a long period of time. Of course, she'll have to stop and rest, but I doubt that Callisto would give up until Kitty's down.

She can only phase away from them if she sees them coming in time. At superspeed, Callisto could arrive from any angle possible, and I doubt Kitty would remain in a permanent state of phasing.

I doubt Kitty's reflexes are fast enough to counter Callisto at superspeed. Locating the heart and pulling it out takes some precision. Precision is difficult to achieve when you're opponent is travelling at superspeed.

Kitty(comics) has amazing reflexes, she is a trained ninja and has trained herself to trigger her phase in sudden danger. But since this is the movies she may not have amazing reflexes but she doesn't need them if she stays phased all the time. If Kitty remains phased all Callisto can do is run around superfast. That wont win her the match. She will have to touch Kitty eventually, and when she does she done for.
