Batwoman... A Crime Fighting Lesbian?

I don't know if this point was posted, but if DC or Marvel really wanted to be revolutionary about their characters, they'd have heroes that were males with pattern baldness or women that weighed 250 lbs.

Uwe Boll beat DC to the punch: he made a film called Blubberella.

But, as many of have said, superheroes are supposed to represent the ideal mental and physical form of man, so I am happy they are built like athletes.

Returning to the current topic, I picked the most recent issue and the preceding ones, and I have to agree, this is the best of the New 52.

EDIT: Did anyone else catch the Batman & Robin (film) reference in Batwoman # 5?

I love the Batwoman comics. They are amazing. She IS amazing. Kate is a complex and wonderfully innovative woman. All I can say is, about time.

As for the new batgirl, it is Stephanie brown, the mute girl, right? And it seems that babs is back on the scene, a little shaky of a series, but I hope everything meshes well. I want to see her kick butt, not crumble in fear.

It really sucks Stephanie isn't Batgirl anymore. I ****ing hated her character for the entirety of her existence, but she was actually becoming really awesome as Batgirl.

Been a while since I watched Batman & Robin, what was that?

Otherwise I have to agree about Batwoman, so far it's been very good. I'm especially impressed by the art.
