I was just bidding on this set (and lost). They're scarce on eBay, and the only few I've seen have all been from the UK.

Did these get a release in the US? I never saw them in stores back in '05.

I really wanted them only because it's the only "figure" of the Scarecrow in his suit.

I don't believe these were released in the US. I've searched around but the only ones available are from the UK(and out of stock). It doesn't look like the figure will look really good pose-wise, but if you just want them for your collection then that's your choice

There were a few other things released of Scarecrow in his suit. DC Direct made a little statue.
