The Flash Before Season 3 airs...

What is the best episodes to watch of Seasons 1-2? Like out of the whole number of episodes, what are the ones that you can watch out of the rest you can ignored?

For the first season, I'd add 109 to that list (The Man in the Yellow Suit), considering that's the first Reverse Flash appearance. I'm the kind of person that likes to watch everything from start to finish. Just feel it's just better to do it that way. If I did have to make a list for season 2, it would go like...

Episode 1 "The Man Who Saved Central City"
Episode 2 "The Flash of Two Worlds"
Episode 5 "The Darkness and The Light"
Episode 6 "Enter Zoom"
Episode 7 "Gorilla Warfare"
Episode 9 "Running To Stand Still"
Episode 11 "The Reverse Flash Returns"
Episode 13 "Welcome to Earth-2"
Episode 14 "Escape From Earth-2"
Episode 17 "Flash Back"
Episode 18 "Versus Zoom"
Episode 21 "The Runaway Dinosaur"
Episode 22 "Invincible"
Episode 23 "The Race of His Life"

Honestly, just about every episode after 11 of season 2 is a good watch. The Flash doesn't have as much filler as you would think... I would suggest watching all of the episodes tbh.
