Remember the scene in The Dark Knight where Lucius Fox is talking to the employee trying to blackmail Bruce Wayne/Batman? Remember the speech he's given? Same situation here. I highly doubt anyone would want to spill the beans on BW being Batman and have him hunt them down. First of all, no one would believe them, secondly he knows their own identity. Also i'm fairly certain he did his research on them prior to approaching them (as was shown in the teaser and in SS scene).

He also has a reputation for brutality and homicide, so its not like you can assume he *won't* kill you to keep his secret.

I really dont think so. Ben was raving about the movie long before it was released, and he even defended the movie a few months back, and now this. I think he really likes BvS, which I felt was never the case with Daredevil, which he was ashamed of. Infact he directly said, he wanted to do BvS to do Batman right, after what happened with Daredevil.

That's what he says now. But given how 2016 didn't go exactly as planned, I'm just sayin'...don't be shocked when the day comes and all of a sudden, he hates BvS.

While I cant say it will never happen because after all its hollywood, but if I was a betting man, I would say that is not going to happen.

Not a huge surprise people personally interacting with him have nothing but good things to say. You’d either have to be really bitter or damn rude to proclaim how much you dislike the movie to an actor’s face.

I still see Brandon Routh every now and then propping up Superman Returns because of all the fans he meets. Still doesn’t mean it was well received.

Meh, I told Kyle Gallner I thought Nightmare on Elm Street was trash.

At any rate, there wasn't some overwhelming hatred for BvS amongst the GA. So it's no surprise people tell him they liked the movie.

I'm SURE Affleck doesn't have the Daredevil suit hanging on a dummy in his household, that's for sure. I think Ben is proud of his Batman performance and wants to take it to a sacred place, obviously.

I liked the movie, but I have no qualms pointing out its highly toxic reception as a matter of fact.

It really is annoying to see people claim that it was a universally despised movie. Clearly enough people liked it for it to make over 800 mil. The critics are an incredible small sample.

I wasn't referring directly to your comment, I'm talking about what I've seen as part of the "toxic reception" you were talking about. I was referring to people that do act like no one liked it because your post reminded me of an earlier spat in one of the threads here.

I apologize if I jumped the gun with you, but myself and others have had to deal with the abuse thrown at this film even before it came out and someone us are too sensitive.
