I'm being a realist. I didn't like The Accountant lol.
Good choice for director, for Nightwing and The Batman. But every script has been a mess so far. Going back to Terrio or to the Accountant guy doesn't seem like a good idea.
You think every DC movie is going to be a mess so i'm not surprised
No you are stating an opinion. Which is all that is.
The Accountant isn't that bad as you make it to be
Well I have a wait and see approach
You shouldn't be. They're 0 for 3. Why should I suddenly believe everything is going to be amazing?
A Nightwing movie? Not sure how I feel about that, but we'll see.
How bad am I making it out to be? I didnt say it was a terrible film. I gave it a 2.5 out of 5 rating. The directing elevated a messy script.
So, yeah, definitely we will see Dick Grayson replacing Bruce Wayne as Batman very soon.
It wouldn't surprise me.
Or the director ruined a good script.
If so, hopefully it won't last long.
Maybe this is how they transition Ben's supposed departure? Whenever Bruce does come back, the recast isn't so jarring because it's been a while since we've seen his face.
Batman cinematic universe
No the script was a mess.
No the director screwed up.
RT 51% 5.6/10, audience 79% 3.9/5.
Box office - 154M WW with 44M budget
Conclusion - general audiences liked it.
The fact that you're blaming everything on the director tells me a lot.
Well thank god a director has signed on. Now I await casting news!
In your book maybe.
Happy Reeves is on. Granted he sticks around.
The fact that you are blaming the writer for the directors shortcomings tells me more.
So we have to at least humor the possibility of Bruce passing on the mantle in light of this Nightwing news, right? It'd give Affleck an out while saving the studio from having to recast.
