Hi guys. Due to my laptop being down, I've been away from the Hype for awhile. I'm on a mobile phone for the time being. As a result, my posts may seem like a jumbled mess. (Guess my phone doesn't work with this site.) Anyhoo, that being said, back to the topic at hand: What are your favorite cutscenes in all of gaming? Here are my picks..
Shenmue 2: Fighting Dou Niu. The game previously established Dou Niu as a giant beast of a man neither Ryo nor Ren could take on in a fight, who is at the head of a vicious criminal enterprise, Now at the conclusion of the game, Ryo fought his way to the roof of his tower, only to be stopped by Dou Niu, as frickin Lan Di himself watches the battle unfold from a helicopter above. Man, the boss fight that followed had my adrenaline pumping.
Sonic Adventure 2: Eggman shooting Sonic into space. I originally played this scene on the Dark Side mode, thinking I was seeing a non-canonical, alternate cutscene where Sonic actually dies. This is going to sound incredibly dorky, but playing it again on Hero Side mode, seeing Sonic use Chaos Control, a power at that point believed to only be possessed by Shadow.. Awww Snap, son! Eggman was pretty evil in this scene too, holding a gun to Amy's head, while attempting to kill Sonic. I wish Eggman acted this evil more often. He's a wimpy joke now.

So many to choose from, but I'm gonna list my most favorite (spoilers):

1) Thief: The Dark Project.
All briefing cutscenes are staged incredibly well, but one stands apart. You deliver The Eye to eccentric Lord Constantine and he asks his assistant (and your contact) Victoria to grant Garret the reward. Victoria, previously disguised as a human, turns into a wood nymph, restrains Garret with vines and plucks HIS EYE. Constantine reveals himself to be the God of nature and chaos - The Trickster. Trickster is real, after all. He turns into a demonic looking satyr. He tells, that the Eye, the artifact he asked Garret to steal from the haunted Hammerite cathedral, needs a real human eye to work. Victoria and the Trickster open a portal and leave Garret to die.
One of my favorite moments in my favorite game of all time.

There are so many, but one that always pops into my mind is Aisha's death scene from Saints Row 2. I thought the...execution of an otherwise fairly cliche way to die was so well done.

Link first picking up the Master Sword in Ocarina of Time is up there with any iconic movie scene for me.

Arkham Origins- When Bane pulls bats out of the elevator all the way through where he saves the falling joker.

Ghost Recon- Opening cutscene/trailer

COD MW2- the flight to the Gulag, nice slow buildup to the assault

Halo Reach- the closing scene of the game

Halo 2- when Thel becomes the Arbiter

Super Tecmo Bowl- Touchdown, never get tired of the spike

"You want teeth, I want answers." ~ Batman to Killer Croc in Arkham Origins.

That's the first one to come to mind, and every scene with Harley getting knocked silly.

Arkham Origins has some great cutscenes admittedly.

Great cutscenes that come to mind are the Ellie and Joel ones from The Last of Us.

The God of War games have some epic cutscenes as well.

Batman: Arkham Knight
Batman getting a dose of fear toxin. We then see Joker (Who is really Batman) terrorizing Gotham while Alfred pleads for him to stop.
Kingdom Hearts II
Sora, reuniting with Riku, who has taken on the form of Ansem. The music in this scene always gets me.
And another from Kingdom Hearts II..
Roxas and Namine reuniting before merging with Sora and Kairi. Again, great music.

Most cutscenes of MGSV especially near the end.

Pretty much very single one in Witcher 3 but especially around the Battle of Kaer Morhen.
