Imagine this, one change which would make B v S a million times better......have the exact same version of Luthor but instead of Eisenberg the role is played by Nicolas CAGE ! With CAGE, all of those ridiculous lines wouldn't be annoying, they'd be awesome! No one delivers crazy **** like Cage can.

I think Luthor's portrayal in that movie is one of the true weaknesses of the movie. Luthor is not a manic, scatterbrained, crazy person.

Because the thread very clearly asks the question about Best *DCEU* Villain. Bringing up Mark Strong as Sinestro is only slightly more on-topic than bringing up James Earl Jones as Darth Vader.

Thank you for illustrating how it is possible to be correct in a literal sense, and pedantic at the same time. Other than that your comment adds nothing that wasn't brought up 2 weeks ago. I would take issue with your comparison....but I just can't be bothered. Have a look around, you may notice that the conversation in most threads tends deviate from the strict confines of the literal interpretation of their title and original post - but you should certainly go ahead and point out deviations whenever and wherever you can, I'm sure there are plenty of other folks who would be just as thrilled to hear from you as I was.

Not a surprise Zod ran away with this poll. He's the only half way decent one. And even then I like Terence Stamp's version of Zod more.

It was silly to not list Harley for this. She’s still a villain in my eyes

I can see why she was omitted. She did more good than harm in SS. Waller came off more villainous than Harley.

Seems people's opinion of Leto's Joker was so underwhelming he did not even make this list.

My main issue with SS's Joker wasn't Leto's acting or even the questionable aesthetics, but his protective nature around Harley. In her earliest B:TAS & comic appearances, Joker appreciated her admiration, but he hardly reciprocated it. He didn't mind knocking her around, and he tried to kill her on a couple of occasions. In SS, he saved her once in a flashback and twice rescued her in the main narrative. A "loyal boyfriend" angle doesn't exactly fit the Joker's personality.

Dr. Sivana ALMOST made it to top.

If only they made him a more of a sympathetic villain. Wizard totally refused him out of prediction, anyone could've shaped his own destiny to become a great hero no matter how dark their future looks.

Untill the latest moment, I wanted him to scream crying to wizard how he ruined his life simply due to his magical predictments. He deserved a shot least and had every reason for 7 Sins to devour him.

Either Zod or Orm. Most of the rest are crap except Sivana is okay.
