Best Final/Boss Level Ever

Of any game you've ever played which game had the most entertaining/fun/just all around best final level of all time. Some games have a very memorable final boss. Some are notable for being extremely difficult, some are just well animated and look amazing. Which game had your favorite final level? Why?

Definitley. That one sticks out the most for me since it's the first epic game I finished ever.

Really liked the last bit of Silent Hill 2, haheehahhaw.

OoT for me as well, seeing as it was the first game I took seriously and got into, actually caring about the characters.

There's a bunch to choose from, but I've always thought that the best final boss I've ever played against was Smithy from SMRPG. The end credits that followed were so emotional. I cried for Geno and Johnny Jones.

Hitman: Blood Money, really simple, but fun last level.

Grand Theft Auto : Vice City, the voice work and pace made this one great.

Path of Neo, prior to the mega-smith.

I remember the Spider-man game for psx having a great set of final levels.

Wind Waker had a good boss fight too.

You know what the worst was? Resident Evil 4.

All through the game there so many moments where I felt like I was there. The stress and terror, there were times were I shrieked out like a little girl. I'd have phases where I didn't play it for weeks 'cause it was just too scary for me and I was too intimidated to return to that world. AWESOME!

And then, I get to the end, run a few yards, Ada throws me a rocket launcher. Pow. Fin.

WTF was that?
In that game it was like the larger, more freaky and impossible to beat a creature looked, the easier it was to kill.
