Halloween is purely fun. Christmas is nice but it has too much drama every year. Drama from family and politics.

I could’ve gone with Christmas Halloween or Fourth of July. I love all three for different reasons. But I went with Thanksgiving simply because I have really enjoyed that holiday since we have started simplifying it and just spending it with my household beginning in the pandemic. It’s really an amazing holiday when you aren’t compelled to run around and visit with tons of extended family.

Christmas. Love the music, the holiday specials, the Christmas markets on years when I can get out of the U.S., the religious services (not religious, but really like watching them), Messiah at the Philharmonic, the whole ambiance.
