Really depends on the writer, and whether or not they're aware of what skills the Taskmaster has accumulated after years of training his body and copying the moves of the best that the world has to offer. When he first premiered, Tasky was going toe-to-toe with Cap and Iron Man without showing any real difficulty. At that time, it seemed to be implied that he and Cap were equalsYet he regularly gets his ass kicked by Captain America and Deadpool.
I voted Cap, Shang Chi, and Mantis this time. I still personally think Cap is the best of the low-power fighters, but people have convinced me that Shang Chi ought to be up there as well, and Mantis was just insanely amazing with her martial arts around the Celestial Madonna stuff, judo-flipping Thor around and s***.
