Well girls and boys... This is simple...Make a list of what you think are the best Marvel movies so far. You can add a review or the reason why you choose those films.
I know I'm going to get fire for my list...But these are the ones I like the best!

ACTION! :whatever: Never mind!

1. Spider-Man 2
2. Iron Man
3. X3
4. Spider-Man
5. DareDevil
6. Spider-man 3
7. Ghost Rider
8. X2
9. X-Men
10. Blade

Well, Here I go...

In my heart Iron Man deserves the #1 spot, BUT for not being a sequel and having to introduce characters and stuff...I give it to Spidey 2...Lots of action...Great dialogue and very nice effects too.

I take my hat off to Farveu...The guy really deserves he chance for Iron Man 2 and that run on the avengers too. IMO.Best effects so far in a Marvel movie...followed really close by Ratners X3.

Spider-Man and DareDevil...Well we all know the content of the first Spidey! As for DareDevil...Forget about what Ben Affleck has done... This movie was really cool and dark! The black Kingpin really worked for me.

That last scene when DD jumps off the building..."Guardian Devil"...that just won me!

For S3...well, too much love... But I really wanted to see Venom, at least for ten minuts total...And he looked prety kickass!!! So there is my #6.

Ghost Rider had some cloudy stuff in it...But it was funny, enterteining and I really enjoy it. Nice effects, and Nic really did a nice job as Johnny.

The first two X-Men are, IMO, at the same level... But the second got a higher spot on my list just for Nightcrawler and the Wolverine ferral fight at the mansion!!!!

Blade...Well, I really like all the Blade films...Specially Trinity (I am a big Ryan Reynolds fan!) BUT, the spot got to the first one for the action...It was more hardcore, more brutal.

Bring it on!

sig too big, 6 lines max(spaces count as a line) and wrong forum.

Movies are products.....Why wrong forum Morg???

Can you give me this break? :)

Products are for toys and whatnot

1. X2
2. Iron-Man
3. Spider-Man 2
4. Spider-Man
5. Daredevil
6. Hulk
7. The Punisher
8. X3
9. X-Men
10. Ghost Rider

Inverse:
1. Spider-Man 3
2. Elektra
3. Blade 3
4. Ghost Rider

I think the top movies are a no brainer X2, Iron-Man and SM2 were all fantastic films. SM and X2 had their characters introduced and let loose, that Nightcrawler scene was ****en great. They all hit the nails on the head. If anyone but Affleck played Daredevil, it would have been great. He's got as much personality as a dead goat. Hulk, despite some of the minor screw ups (mutant poodles, ruining perfectly good chances for Sterns or Rick Jones by turning the Janitor into his dad and the guy he saved in the lab into an extra) was beautiful. The comic styled transitions were fantastic and the story wasn't too bad at all.

As for the inverse...SM3 is one of the worst movies I've seen. It was ridiculous. Elektra is best not spoken of, while Ghost Rider is a bit of a toss-up. I did enjoy it...but the story was so ridiculously one dimensional. It was such a generic action flick for something that could have been so much more. Nick Cage came across as a pansy and I feel didn't portray the character anywhere near as closely as he knows it from having been a fan for as long as he has. It was more disappointing than anything cos they came so close to getting it right.

Ghost rider sucked, but I would put Blade II up there.

1. X2
2. Spider-Man 2
3. X3
4. Spider-Man 3
5. X-Men

Still haven't seen Iron Man yet.

Spider-Man 2, Iron Man, and X-Men 2.

Spider-man 2. Iron Man was close but we'll have to see if they can top it with Iron man 2.

Iron Man
X2
X1
SM
SM2

iron man surpassing spider-man

I applaud everyone who has listed the original X-Men....seems it's seeing a resurgence of popularity. The 'reality in superhero movies' really started there.

Iron Man
Spider-Man 2
X-Men
X2
Spider-man
Daredevil

I'm sure The Incredible Hulk will be on that list somewhere.

Spider-Man 2, Iron Man, and X-Men 2.

I agree with that. Those are the three that I would put in a category unto themselves. They transcend just being a good comic book movie and are simply terrific movies, period.

1. Spider-Man 2
2. Hulk
3. Iron Man
4. Spider-Man
5. X-Men

My current list:

1. Spider-Man 2
2. Spider-Man
3. Iron Man
4. X2
5. X-Men
6. Spider-Man 3

Those are the ones I really like, but here are a few I enjoy though they are not up to snuff

7. Daredevil Director's Cut
8. Blade II
9. Blade
10. Hulk

The rest are really bad, IMO.

I know everyone is enjoying Iron Man a lot now and it is a breath of fresh air in the genre. But what Raimi did was infuse superhero movies with a sense of wonder, innocence and semi-realism (verimilitude, I suppose) that the series had beene lacking. Singer's X-Men are very good and resurrected the genre and I give them high representation, but they didn't quite have that timeless magic the first two Spideys have. But they had the essence of the X-Men (IMO) and were very good movies that also used intellect and just not eye candy. They were setting up a great three act saga, that X3 blew by doing everything wrong Singer did right. Iron Man is an excellent movie that still uses the general "superhero origin movie formula," but is so creative, unique and self-deprecating about it, while keeping a level of intensity and maturity lacking in all superheroes movies since Batman Begins...it was refreshing. Spider-Man 3 is a mixed bag that I think the fans tend to dwell on the negatives of because...that's what fans do and their precious fav. character wasn't the star. It was poorly paced, uneven and tonally challenged, but kept the endearing qualities of the first two enough and wrapped up subplots from the first two in satisfying enough fashion, I can look past its problems.

The Blade movies are just a whole lot of fun and visual eye candy and Frost is a great baddie, but I thought II had more cohesion, depth and heart. Hulk is such an interesting experiment that occasionally soars, but mostly limps. Yet the courage it took to do that with summer popcorn flick and what it did suceed at saying amde it worthy of a final nod, IMO.

P.S. The inverse:

worst:

1. Ghost Rider
2. Elektra
3. X3
4. Blade Trinity
5. The Punisher

All truly awful, awful, wretched movies.

Only one Marvel Movie in 2009?
That means DC is going to use 2009 as a chance to crush Marvel. Marvel had better stop slacking. Marvel should be putting out no less than six movies a year.

Spider-Man 2
Iron Man
X2: X-Men United
Spider-Man 3
Spider-Man

I appreciate X1 for jumpstarting the genre, and I like X3 in a stupid fun kind of way, but everything else flat out sucks. I'll never understand the love for Daredevil.

1) Iron Man
2) Spider-Man 2
3) X2
4) Blade
5) Spider-Man
6) X-Men
7) DareDevil Director's Cut
8) Blade II
9) Hulk
10) DareDevil

1) Iron Man
2) Spider-Man 2
3) Blade
4) X2: X-Men United
5) X-Men

IN THEIR OWN LEAGUE NOT AS JUST COMIC BOOK MOVIES

1) Spider-Man 2
2) X2: X-Men United
3) Blade II (people sleep on this one I don't know why because it was bad ass)
4) Iron Man
5) Spider-Man, X-Men, & Blade (its a tie for me neither is better than the rest for me)

ALSO GOOD IN THEIR OWN RIGHT
1) DareDevil DC
2) Ghost Rider (Even though they butchered him, I liked it)

Everything else can be sprayed with acid and be given to the officers who were equitted in the Sean Bell murder trial as breakfast.
