Gotta go with both 'Mirco Cro Cop' and 'Fedor.'

These guys are the best and they both fight in Pride Fighting Championship.

Who do you think is the best?

There is no question.

You could be correct. We'll know for sure after the re-match (between Fedor and Mirco 'Cro Cop') which I think is to take place in a couple of months.

Don't get me wrong, Mirko is no joke, but Fedor beat him once at his own game. He stood and traded strike for strike. If Fedor wanted to, I think he could take Cro-Cop down and submit him, but he likes to beat fighters at their own game. Which is why he's the best ever.

Fighting Fedor is like fighting a bear that knows how to do submissions..

That was fight one. Cro Cop, if he fights like he did against Silva, he could KO Fedor. Fedor was close to being KO'd by Fujita and I believe Cro Cop hits harder than Fujita and is a better striker too (more technique). Also, I would say Cro Cop edged out Fedor in the stand up when they fought, it was the ground where Fedor really dominated.

Plus, Cro Cop has worked alot more at countering submissions.

However, make no mistake. I'm not counting out Fedor and he really could win and if he does, that will, without any doubt, convince me he is the best. It's Fedor or Cro Cop, I just can't wait.

Oh, and the Cro Cop KO'ing Silva was the best match I ever saw.

I also liked Fedor beating Antonio when he won the belt off Antonio a couple of years ago. For sure, that was my second favorite NHB fight.

Most Fedor fights are incredible. The Fujita blast, and the Randleman dropping him on his head, unreal. He recovers...IMMEDIATELY. He's a damn robot!

Mirko is a bad mamajama, but I think it's going to be just like the first fight. They are both excellent strikers, with Mirko having the edge. But, Fedor has the weight, the power, the master gameplan, and the submissions, IF it goes to the ground it's definitely over for Cro-Cop. I like Cro-Cop a lot. I wish they'd let him fight UFC's Chuck Liddell.

Well, I think they've given the fight to Silva (vs Liddell) and man, I hope Silva destroys him. Then a re-match of Silva and Cro Cop. I liked they're first fight so much.

Fedor recovered quick from Randleman, but if Fujita was smart and quick, a follow up strike might have taken Fedor out. Regardless, as I believe Cro Cop hits harder than Fujita, if Cro Cop lands a big kick like he did to Silva that ko'd Silva, it might be lights out for Fedor.

As you can see, I really like Cro Cop, but I really do like Fedor, too. In fact, I like both the same and they are both my fav fighters easily.

I do agree with you, though, despite what I said about Cro Cop having the ability to take Fedor out, nobody 'actually' does and I really do wonder if Cro Cop can. I mean, the submissions Antonio was attempting on Fedor were amazing, but Fedor didn't even seem bothered by them and kinda like a machine, always 'just' pulled himself free like it was no big deal. And he does regroup himself immediatly if he does get clocked. The guy may be invincible. I'm starting to wonder. When is the fight.... January?

Mirko has to have leg surgery from breaking his shin on Silva's face. so he's out 'till at least February. He will have his rematch when he's healthy.

Fedor's fighting someone on New Years Eve. It might be "Shogun" which would be crazy...
Fedor adapts to any, and everyone's fighting style, and beats them at their own game. That's why he's the greatest there EVER was...EVER.

At the moment, I kinda agree with you. Fedor is the best as his record and people he's beaten show this. I think Cro Cop would be his greatest challenge, though. A re-match can be very different than the first fight. Shogun would be a great fight, he's one of the few people that would stand a chance against Fedor. I hope they go for that and then Cro Cop fights whoever wins.

I will say Fedor will beat Shogun via the ground and pound tactic.
