Days of Future Past Best scene: nightcrawler or quicksilver

So just returned from the theaters and loved the movie! To be honest I didn't know I would enjoy it so much. The quicksilver scene was simply amazing!
So here'a my question:

What action scene you liked the most?
1.- nightcrawler in the White House (X2)
2.- quicksilver "slow mo" (DOFP)

I honestly have to pick Quicksilver's scene. I still love Nightcrawler's scene but I don't think it's as good as the Pentagon one.

Those two scenes play so differently it is hard to choose which one is best. They both stand out for different reasons.

I love both scenes. It's definitely a hard decision. Given the level of complexity of the Quicksilver scene, as well as the counterpoint music choice, I will have to give it the prize. The Nightcrawler scene is a close second though.

Nightcrawler for me. The only unique aspect of QS's run is the well chosen music they put in there to accompany it. Otherwise, we've all seen bullet-time before so it's not terribly a big deal. We'd never seen anything like Nightcrawler's attack.

Between the two, I'd say Nightcrawler. I enjoyed DoFP overall, but I thought the Quicksilver scene was overly goofy. My favorite action scene in the series would probably go to something from The Wolverine, though.

I've just got to give the edge to Nightcrawler. There'll never be anything like it again for me. The feeling of seeing it first time at least.

Nightcrawler, only because something like that had never been done before.

Quicksilver's scene was incredible, but that sort of "time slows down when a fast person is at normal speed" trick has been utilized before.

Nightcrawler! It' still one of my favorite scenes. I wish that actor would come back so we could see him again. It's like Nightcrawler just vanished from the series.

I personally never knew why the Nightcrawler scene was such a big deal, so Quicksilver.

i thought it was a special big deal because of how he used his ability to " teleport" in a fighting mode. Hard to target and pinpoint him while he can
quickly zip- zap any point of area to take you out. Plus the CGI effects of his brimstone teleporting pretty was nicely done.

Nightcrawler. The Quicksilver scene had a bit too much levity for me; it became annoying. Impressive end result, but I was near in awe for the entire bit with Kurt.

Easily the two best action scenes in the franchise with Wolverine defending the mansion in X2 at a distant 3rd. Very hard pick but went Nightcrawler. They really are neck and neck though.

i fell like it's a tie. they were so well put together and the overall look was amazing for both mutants. the reason why i think they're equal was because they both utilized their powers as in their unique way! they look as if they been trained by the xmen lol

Both scenes had similarities but they are so different from one another.

Hard question, really hard. Both great set pieces that rank amongst comic book movie and action films in general, greatest. Stunning bits of work. Both leave your jaw on the floor.

Nightcrawler attack was such a good start to a movie, brilliant in design and execution.

Quicksilver was funny and unique, slow-mo has been used many times in films, but this was on another level.

I'm going to give it to Quicksilver though just for sheer amount of hate he got before release and turned out to be the best damn thing.

Nightcrawler.

I think they made Quicksilver too fast. There was no real sense of danger. I was a very cool scene but it didn't feel like there were any stakes.

Nightcrawler. The feeling of fear outweights the feeling of happiness. I felt more while watching Nightcrawler's scene than I did Quicksilvers. I remember being so scared and captivated by it. Was a great way to show how dangerous mutants can be. Quicksilvers was pure entertainment and worked so well. But the feeling I got when seeing that opening of X2, I have never experienced something like that again in a cinema.
