Otherwise, it isn't conclusive. Someone could think BB is the 5th best and SM2 the best, yet if BB is in more top 5 lists, it wins (even if it is #1 in less lists)

Not saying that is the case, those two are just random examples.

To be honest i have got bored of B89, i still like it, but its a movie with very little substance IMO, hence, the more i watch it, the less i enjoy it.

B89 has more substance than most highly regarded superhero movies.

Joker's attack on the media, other gangsters, high society and the money grubbing public were all pretty interesting. Batman is a mythical, urban legend rather than cheap James Bond knock off who simply spoon-fed a couple of years of ninjitsu and suddenly becomes Batman.

Then you have the beautiful imagery and the classic Elfman score. B89 is anything but boring.
