What are the best superhero film fights scenes ever in your opinion?

Edit: It doesn't matter if it's Marvel, DC, or any othe company, as long as it's a superhero film.

Everything in Watchmen and Kick-Ass. NOTHING IN TDK.

I enjoyed a lot the Batman vs Joker thug in the belfry. B89.

And Superman against the Kryptonians in SII.

Let's not get it twisted guys. Even though this is a DC board, the fight between Spiderman and Doc Ock was the best comicbook fight ever.

I think this thread is about DC only, since the same thread creator opened the same thread in the Marvel forum.

Other than that, I agree with you.

He did not specify that in his OP. Let's let the OP make that call before we start drawing conclusions.

Nothing from Nolan's Batfilms comes to mind sadly, so I'll go with the final fight from Kickass and...jeez, you'd think that superhero films would have more great fights really. I'll second Spidey vs Doc Ock and also Terry vs the Joker from Batman Beyond: ROTJ.

Also, not technically a superhero film, but I think Scott Pilgrim vs Todd the Psychic Vegan has enough superhero tropes to possibly qualify.

I completely agree, it is very sad that there are so few great superhero fight scenes. Im sure there are enough good comic book fights and animated fights to draw inspiration from.

Oh yeah, how could I forget one of the best fights ever

The forest battle with Optimus vs the Decepticons in Revenge of The Fallen was even on par with Spider-Man 2's "train fight"...maybe even better (gasp).

Bruce and Ducard on Ice.

Punisher v. Russian

EDIT: Also there is something I love so much in when wolverine is almost overpowered by the solder in the mansion in the beginning of X2.

Clark Kent VS Evil Superman in Superman III is my favorite. Bruce VS Ducard on ice from Batman Begins is pretty good actually. I really dig a lot of the stuff in Watchmen.

My opinion on this matter is the fight scene between Wonder Woman and Owl Man in the film, Crisis On Two Earths. I thought, at first I was going to be disppaointed, as she swiftly dodged the high-powered shells fired at her without the aid of her bracelets.
The fight progresses as she lands on the plane striking the glass shield to the cockpit, only to get popped upside her chin from the openning of said glass. "Get off my plane." Owl Man says sternly firing another high caliber gun, only this time she blocks the bullet in her classic style. Owl Man seems to have taken the upper-hand to The Amazon. Then out of the Blue she head butts him, flipping him by both arms to his stomach, where she proceeds to kick him in the face forcing him from the front of the plane. I also thought the addition to Owl Man's nails scratching the plane was hot.
This movie has all sorts of neat fight scenes, but id say that one is my favorite.
Thank you for allowing me to share.

Spider-Man 2 has the best fight sequences in a Superhero Film, and it hasn't been topped yet.

Agreed, but hopefully "Thor" and "Green Lantern "can top Spider-Man 2's fights sequences.
