Best TV Show Finales

Like a year or two ago there was a thread asking for the worst finales as a result of The Sopranos. Now, we should have a "best of" cause of Scrub's amazing finales.


But you know what? It's easier to come up with a list of crappy finales. lol.

Agree but the hijack episode from the last season trumps the finale for episodes I couldn't get out of my head.

I always thought the series finale to the Wonder Years was pretty good. One of the few shows I really enjoyed that never really went downhill.

Didn't the show end with the extinction of the dinosaurs as a result of the ice age? I remember being quite taken aback by the finale, especially considering how lighthearted the show was.
