Guardians of the Galaxy Beta Ray Bill Joing The Guardians??!!

Been waiting for Beta Ray Bill to make his debut in a MCU film for quite some time now.
Rumor has it he may appear in Guardians Vol 3 and if that’s true than I can’t think of a better movie to introduce him in.
My question to you people is this...
Who should play and or voice Mr. Bill?
I personally would like to see Mark Hamill do the role as he has met and talked with Gunn about being involved. His voice in my opinion would work for the character as Hamill has that kind of deep voice range.
