I hadn't heard any announcements and the info on their Dark Knight retail site still states:

Darkseid, i haven't seen it at all on the Facebook page and i looked for about a good hour. I see no info on the site as well. The only damn message matty has replied to is about He-man and that really pisses me off. All of there focus is on he man and The Bat has taken the back burner which is just a bunch of bull. Mattel just sees dollar signs so they go with He-man which is obviously bringing in bank for them. While they F***ed up the movie masters line and dont want to take responsibility for there stupid decisions. Dumb asses. There distributions still sux for DCUC as well. On top of that I dont think anyone really runs there website because im sure nobody gets one single damn email from them, updates or anything. Great customer service Mattel. LoL, El Segundo, California is where the corporate headquarters is located but they have 11 other locations spanning from Atlanta, Georgia to New york , New York crazy huh.

Just saw that myself on there facebook page. And yes hopefully it does stick this time and yes unfortunately they will be $20.00 dollars a piece plus shipping.
