(BF) Chase apartment filming locations?!

Does anybody know what is the location which was used in BF when bruce decided to visit Chase, when he asked the man "where is Dr. Meridian apartment is?" This location exist you can also see it in the video of Daughtry "It's not Over".
I wonder maybe its downtown NYC courthouse ?
Any ideas?

Yeah, it's also in Spider-Man during the "unity festival" scene, it's the building MJ falls from.

I think there's a scene in the movie Devil's Advocate where Al Pacino and Keanu Reeves are standing outside and the building across from it is the same one they used in BF. So it's definitely somewhere in NYC.
