Paramount Pictures is developing a 3D Justin Bieber biopic that will hit theaters on February 11, 2011 (Valentine's Day weekend).

Davis Guggenheim, the Oscar-winning director of An Inconvenient Truth, is negotiating to direct. The film doesn't have a title, but Bieber will play himself in the film. The movie will include performances from his current concert tour.

Manager Scooter Braun and Island Def Jam chairman L.A. Reid will produce the film.

Bieber himself tweeted the following announcing the project:

This is so sick!! Gonna come out in theatre's Worldwide Valentine's 2011!!! I'm taking this thing worldwide thanks to u all!! Hyped!

Next Valentine's we r coming with a major 3D Movie telling the story with an Oscar winning director and also filmin the tour at MSG in NYC!!

He literally was not heard of and BAM he came out of no where and was at the top already without having to work his way up. Who in the hell has done that before.

Take Hanna Montana, she started off on one of those horse **** Disney television shows before getting huge.

At first I thought this was one of those live concert things but the fact this is a biopic is just pathetic.

That's the thing guys...'everyone' does not love him...only teenage girls. He is like the physical embodiment of the Twilight movies. Just a phase for teen girls. That's why I don't think it's a big deal to bash him. In 3 years max he will be out of the scene more than likely struggling like Aaron carter.

He should call early dibs on Dancing with the Stars.

I love how it says "Oscar winning director". Has Hollywood truly out of ideas? See Bieber in "eye popping" 3D. What's next? Hollywood Producer(?): Watch my wife cheat on me, then I go to a club, sleep with a stripper, then my wife yells at me, I hit her, she hits me, I leave, drink my troubles away, greenlight awful films, and a bunch of angry fans try to kill me... IN 3D! Actually I wouldnt mind seeing that.

I feel kinda bad for the kid, though. He's only 16, and so famous he can't go anywhere without thousands of screaming girls. I only hope he's got a good group of people around him so his life ends up different from Michael Jackson's.
