I could see Wakanda being even more in danger from outside threats in a potential 3rd film but as far as villains you could go with:

Victor Von Doom/Doctor Doom

Denzel better work on nailing one of the many different African accents. That being said, this is the only thing going for this movie if there's no T'Challa as the lead.
If the F4 are not from the "616 universe" and we've had other characters from different universes then we should get a T'Challa from a different universe. Get Boyega vibranium clawed-up.

I suspect there will be some time-travel or multiverse shenangians that result in T'Challa Jr. from BP2 getting aged up to take on the mantle.

I know some people are impatient to have T'Challa II grow up no matter the lack of sense, but I'm on team Shuri here. She just took the mantle. I hope we see her in Doomsday, Secret Wars and BP3 as the Black Panther, leading this last one.

Symbolically, I get having T'Challa Jr. taking the mantle next, but then why have Shuri even become the new Black Panther towards the end of Wakanda Forever to begin with? I know Black Panther is in the title, so it'd be weird not to have one, but still.

The son reveal definitely felt like a set up for him to follow the footsteps of T'Challa.

I'm not a fan of Shuri as Black Panther, especially with the comments from the actress during that time, so I don't mind if we get a 3rd Black Panther.
