The Black Widow is one of the 2 most stealthy assassins in the MU. She is capable of holding her own in a fight alongside the likes of Hercules and the Ghost Rider. She has a wrist mounted " Widows Bite " that can drop low level superhumans in their tracks. She can also scale walls like Spider Man.

As much as I like Widow, Dinah takes this easy.

Black Canary is one of the better martial artists in the DCU. She's capable of holding her own in a fight alongside the likes of Superman, Green Lantern and the Flash. She has her "Canary Cry" which can drop most superhumans in their tracks. She can't climb walls.

The Black Widow is also a top level martial artist with assassination training on top of that. She is also stealthy enough that Canary would never even see her if the Widow didn't want her to. Even the Canarys ghost would never see her. She was in at least one adventure alongside Spider Man and matched his aerial agility across the rooftops.
