Why the heck would you "hope" that the show is bad. That makes no sense, unless you're a Wesley Snipes fan and not a Blade fan.

The last thing I want to see is a black super hero TV show that sucks.

Blade needs to be a success on all levels. If it's better than the last two films that will be a good start.

None of the Blade films have lived up to the level of the recent Marvel flicks. The first one would have been great if they'd had a better antagonist.

2nd movie? Too much CG.

3rd movie? Wasn't focused on the Blade character enough. Jessica Biel ended up stealing his glory.

Because perhaps he was tired of his hairstyle? Maybe the virus didn't kill him in trinity but it made his hair fall out? Who knows. It's better they don't make exactly the same otherwise it'd just look like someone trying to be Snipes.

In the comics ove the last few years blade has been drawn bald so perhaps they got the idea from that

To be brutally honest, Snipes is one of the few remaining men on the planet who can pull off the "box" haircut without looking like an early-nineties tool.

My only beef, really, is that the lack of hair leads to the end to those tattoos on the side of his noggin. Those things were badass.

Jones sporting a bald hairdo is a good thing. It helps set him apart from Snipes, and I think it will help him make the character his own.

And Trinity left TPTB with a great excuse for any appearance, personality changes. It can all be explained away as part of Drake's 'gift'.

So I'm not the only person who realizes how horrible the movie blades haircut is. IMHO it's barely better than a ceramic black wig would be on Superman.

I didn't mind Wesley's cut in Blade 1 & 2, but it didn't work for me in Trinity. I was hoping they would cut it down a little.
