Blofeld and SPECTRE ever return?

are you thinking the Blofeld can return in a sequel?
Ian Fleming rights to SPECTRE and the Blofeld now with Kevin McClory?
is possible they can use villains ... or is illegal returning SPECTRE to films now?

Well I know there was this big deal over the rights to Blofeld and SPECTRE awhile back, but I heard somewhere that the people making the Bond films got the rights back after McClory's death. I don't know if this is true or not but it would be awsome if it is. I would filp to see Blofeld again, being that he's my favorite Bond villian along with Dr. No. I'd love to see Patrick Stewart or Ian McDiarmid take the role. I think either one of them would be perfect.

I think they won't take the risk to have SPECTRE and Blofeld return, but they will probably use a SPECTRE-like organisation for Bond 22.
