Is some kind of release date planned for SM, SM 2, SM2.1 on Blu-Ray?? if it is when they release these?

im just wondering, and this doesnt really have to do with spiderman and im sorry if your offended (which i dont see how you would be), but Im saving for a blueray player and id like to get borat and spiderman 3 as my first movies. Does anyone know when borat comes out on blueray?

My guess is that they will release all 3 when SM3 hits store shelves this fall.

Yep, expect a day and date release of all 3 when Spidey 3 hits DVD/BR. If sony hasn't announced 'em by now to hit before SM3's theatrical run, the around the DVD release is most likely.

On the high-def front today, it appears that Sony has confirmed that both Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 will be released on Blu-ray Disc format before the end of the year (street date TBA), and it seems likely that Spider-Man 3 (which hits theaters this coming weekend) will be as well. Sony has made available a Best Buy-exclusive Spider-Man 3 Blu-ray bonus disc (free with the purchase of any other Blu-ray title) that includes the film's teaser trailer, both theatrical trailers and a 3-minute sneak peek featurette for the film, as well as a trailer teasing the first two films "Coming Soon Only to Blu-ray" and the standard Blu-ray promotional trailer. All are in 1080p video with Uncompressed PCM 5.1 audio. Likely all three discs will street day and date with the DVD release of Spider-Man 3 in the 3rd or 4th quarter of this year.
