Marvel offer codes in all their comics priced over a certain amount that allows for free digital downloads.

Does DC offer a similar thing?

Not all DC comics have a code for the digital copy. If they do, it's marked "Combo-Pack" on the cover and there's an additional dollar on the cover price.
