BIG HONKING SPOILER ALERT.

Sorry, fans of the character, but it looks like

Gravity's dead

That is, IF Beyond! is in continuity.

what's a gravity? oh well

I skipped to the end, but I had no idea there was going to be a big twist.

I think it's in continuity, but I'd be willing to bet they find a way to bring him back.

Even if it is, Spidey died in the first issue. I'll take this with a grain of salt.

That was a Space Phantom.

This better not be in continuity. It'd be the waste of a great new character.

Around the world people woke up, went to the comic book store logged on to the internet and read this news. Then, they proceeded to not give a damn,

Thats what I meant. Spidey died and was a Space Phantom. Whos to say they arent pulling that same card?

Eh, I give a damn. Gravity had a lot of potential, and the MU needed some good worthwhile new characters again. They messed up, again.

But what happened to Beyond! being what comics needed, old school fun and being a breath of fresh air? LOL!:woot:

Well, I never said that. Either way it's a ******ed movie to kill of a new, reasonably well-recieved character.

Maybe, maybe not. This will probably give him some time in the spotlight and will get his name out there. Look what happened when they killed off Hawkeye, all of a sudden everyone loved the guy.

I know! A lot of people, after years and years of school teachers trying to teach them otherwise, keep for getting that it's "a lot," not alot. Pisses me off, too! Heck, it's not like anyone messes up typing "a bunch" or "a few" as "abunch" or "afew."

But Gravity didn't get up and walk away after. And I believe they neutralized Space Phantom in an earlier issue as well, so that was the real Gravity.

Anyway, like Uatu said at the end, his death is just the beginning of his adventures.

Que?

I refuse to believe that books entirely in continuity.

I dont believe anything is in continuity anymore.

Okay, that made me chuckle.

Civil War has made me believe this in Marvel and I find it hard to believe that the Superman in Action is the same SUperman in Superman, impossible. Johns isnt even referencing his own continuity.

I still hate him.

Hold up isn't Gravity supposed to be in NEW Warriors?

Regardless, you must admit the number of people claiming to be Hawkeye fans went way up after his death.....his first death.
