Breaking Bad - Part 4

Walt, Walt Jr., Jesse, and Skylar all discuss breakfast in their jail cell... While we zoom out. Cut to black, insert Journey song.

My friend has a good theory that Walt Jr. will die.

They should end it The Departed style. Everyone takes each other out in the space of moments.

I can handle it if anybody here dies except Jesse. To a slightly lesser extent Hank. Can't help it, at first you can't help but hate Hank cuz he's such a pompous, obnoxious dick but after everything you start to feel for the dude so much. If Jesse dies though, I'll flip my ****. It will ruin this show's legacy totally in my eyes

They way i've heard vince hint at things i don't think walt will die. He's been talking about how he didn't have a moral duty to punish anybody and things like that. Not to mention killing walt would be the most predictable thing.

The whole show has been about 5 seasons of walt trying to stave off inevitable death in one way or another. I'm thinking damn near everyone except walt....and saul, you can't kill saul.

Walt wins, but succumbs to his cancer, something he can't beat. And dies alone. - that's my take.

I'm sticking with the ricin. I think that's what he took in the beginning of "Live Free or Die".

Ricin and cancer is a safe bet for me.

Just don't kill Saul... though I have this sinking feeling he will be next.

One outcome that’s probably safe to assume? Saul will survive. “I like to think of Saul as a cockroach in the best possible way,” Gilligan said. “This is a guy who’s going to survive while the rest of us have been nuked into annihilation. He’ll be the worst-dressed cockroach in the world.”

I can honestly picture him standing amongst a pile of corpses and sort of awkwardly walking away while brushing off his jacket...

I think I remember he even mentioned that he'd love to have a Saul spinoff, but he may have been messing around.
Regardless, I'd totally watch it!

I personally would not. I mean, I would give it a chance, but spinoffs involving minor characters who are best in small doses are typically pretty terrible.

COme on, if written by Gilligan it would totally be worth watching.

Yeah, I don't know. I think Saul's goofball humor works because it offers a reprieve from the rest of the show which is often very tense and dark. I really love Saul but I just can't help thinking a Saul show would end up as Breaking Bad's "Joey".

i feel that the last moments of the series would be a homage to the last shot of the godfather trilogy: walt reliving the beautiful moments he had with his family then dying all alone while wearing his heisenberg hat and glasses.

i think it would be a fitting ending for walt's character.

What about a Huell show?

I would be [BLACKOUT]reasonably[/BLACKOUT] interested in watching that.
