I call B.S. on the stream cutting out, they look way too tense in the picture of them watching in the situation room for them to only be watching the helicopter en route and land.

One of the helicopters did screw up though. Maybe the picture is from the moment when they thought it was going to crash?

If he's lying and we find out about it later, then he would lose re-election to Sarah Palin. That's how bad it would be. And if he's lying and we find out after his re-election, he will be impeached.

Can't you read? I said all governments. Are you suggesting I have a general bias against governments? I know I am not an anarchist so I know that to be untrue. How could I simultaneously be biased against every country in the world. Who would I be biased in favour of?

Your bias is you assume that they are most likely lying, regardless of the case to case basis.

I completely agree with you on these points. It's only natural that people are going to use whatever they can to cash in on this.

And with the kids, my mother was trying to explain what happened to my 6 year old niece and my 10 year old nephew after watching the news with them on monday, and I told her to stop because I remember being 12 years old and living in NY during 9/11 and it was a real turning point in my life, not because I was personally impacted someone's death or anything, but because suddenly paranoia felt like the natural feeling to have. I didn't know or understand what exactly was going on except for what I'd hear from word of mouth, which often wasn't the truth, but I remember thinking the world was soon going to end and it was only a matter of time.

Just the reaction from everyone in the room when we heard the news on Sunday night sent my little nephew running to my dad about to cry. We scared the crap out of him. He knew something was up too...we were so quiet watching the speech that he started whispering "It's OK, Mommy!" to my sister. He's only 3.

As far as the American people "wanting them,"...the other message board I read that's full of Obama-hating, Fox News-loving, Glenn Beck disciples are all saying they don't want to see them. Someone just started a thread asking if they thought Osama was really dead, and right now it's up to 6 pages of nearly everyone saying they thought he was dead, and they don't need to see the photos.

And if they don't want to see it, that's saying something.

Really Crowe? Imagine if Bush tried to justify anything he did by saying "It's in the past and you're better off not knowing." You're better than what you just said. No one should ever give our government a free pass if their story does not add up. No one should ever assume that the President has lied to us for our own good.

This story does not add up one bit. He was executed....if so, fine. I understand the reasoning, I get why Obama would order it. But don't lie to us and play us like fools. Nor should he try to hide his role in it.

Its becoming more than just the pictures though. At this point I believe the pictures should be released because the story that we are being told does not add up and if Bin Laden was executed we have a right to know.

Thank you. This something that is just going to fester on the internet until no one knows what to believe anymore. The man is dead...I don't care if he was performing the first act of "Cats" when they shot him, I'm just fine with the fact that they finally blew his damn head off.

And that will give birth the next conspiracy theory, and then the next conspiracy theory....

We're never going to know the whole story. When has anyone ever given us the whole story? People still debate who killed Kennedy, for god's sake.

Dead is dead as far as I'm concerned....I did not want him going on trial, I didn't want him to have ANY MORE face time with humanity....but I do understand why some need to see the picture, and I think it is outright silly that they are not showing it. You show the bloody bodies of the others, just show the damn picture and be done with it. I see "the long form of birth certificate" coming....MEANING....he will show the picture when it is needed "politically"....but, hey that's politics, and that is one thing I definitely understand.

As Team Six probably has the most advanced technology, I wish I knew. "Standard" Navy SEALs usually carry M4A1 carbine, which fires a 5.56mm bullet which would leave a "massive" looking hole coming out of the forehead. Who knows what weaponry they had though.

Thats true. The look on Obama's face though just implies an extremely tense and dangerous situation, while it could be during the botched helicopter landing I stilll believe it was during the shootout on the lower floor.

I've got way bigger problems with him than how we killed Bin Laden. I'm more worried about his economic policies and the Department of Interior's assault on my industry.

The problem is, if the Administration is going to cover it up, they should just stick with their story. The way they're back peddling...it makes it obvious that we're not being told everything. Either give us the dignity of a proper cover up or tell the truth!

Yeah, I like how, despite very little having actually officially been put out by the white house, people will jump onto contradictions from unattributed news bits (there has been a TON of that from the minute this was announced, journalists jumping on every rumor and attributing it to the white house, when most of it didn't come from the white house at all), as well as any fringe stories stories to immediately shout "ha told you he's lying" when have the **** they're linking to are news sources your average person has never heard of.
