Britain: up s**t's creek or better than Dawson's Creek?

This country is really going down the pan, I mean we seriously are trying to alienate ourselves from the rest of Europe who seem to be showing a better example of us.

I do like Britain, but there are alot of c**ts in this country and oh we've hit the goldmine in problems at the moment.

Namely...with the prisons being full. You may have heard of this where ever you may be but the courts are being told to be careful of who they let into prison.

Ironically a reporter got charged for 3 months, yet 2 convicted Peadophiles got away!

F**king goverment!

Anyways, this is just everything to do with Britain, and whether it is good or not, regardless of whether you live here or whether you don't.

So what do you think?

I've always wanted to go to Britain. Mainly because my family's from there, I've wanted to go to Northampton (home of Alan Moore) for a while now, and I want to visit London just because.

i mean, i don't hate britain, it's my home, but it just seems to have it's fair share of problems right now.

The state of the nation is one of them.

As well as the prisons being full, Celebrity Big Brother being a main issue spoken about by parliment and The cinema closing down in my home town, Britain just doesn't have its own culture anymore!

Well it does but it is becoming a thing of the past. Britain Is not Great Britain anymore because it is too damn soft on imigration.

Also, our levels of obesity in kids and teenage pregnancy are the highest in europe I think? This is all because we as a nation are too damn SOFT and RELAXED on our kids and young parents.

The thing is, Britain's always had it's fair share of problems. Even when it was the single greatest world super power, it had it's fair share of problems. It, like most countries, has never had a real golden age. It's just swaped one set of problems for another as times changed.

Technically, Britain still is an empire, as it encompases more than one national/ethnic territory (England and Northern Ireland).
