On the other hand, I'm sure a LOT more people are aware of the dolls now, who wouldn't have known about them without this news story. They might have sold some more because of it.

Re: spoilers, if you really want to avoid spoilers, I'd just completely avoid ANY website where people can comment, because there are jerks out there who get a kick out of just going around and planting spoilers where you'd never expect them.

Owned the Wicked book for 11 freaking years and I could never get past the first 50ish pages. Getting so close to the film's release date gave me the kick in the rear end I needed to finally finish reading it.

I know there are stark differences between the book and the musical but I'm extra pumped now.

“I cried for 6 weeks after watching it!”

NGL, after seeing the “What Is This Feeling?” clip that keeps getting taken down, I am sold. That is actually my favorite number from the show and they pulled it off beautifully. I can get over some s***ty color grading if the rest of the film is done with that level of care.

Yeoh is just so amazing classy to me that i'm interested in seeing her do this kind of role. but, i would've loved Ralph as well.
