Bruce, but no Batman?

Does anyone know if their were any other issues, aside from Batman 599, where Bruce is NEVER in the suit? I ask cause that issue is one of my favorites. Anyone care to comment?

There are several issues of the 'Bruce Wayne: Murderer' arc where Bruce is in prison, therefore, not Batman.
