Maybe this Is small role.He could have filmed some stuff In studio and now on location.

Bryan Singer has worked schedule around actors from OT.He could do same with Lucas

Could there be some time travel angle explaining the discrepancy in there ages? I honestly ain't seeing where this fits? I can only assume Alex is Scott's father here, but if that's not the case, maybe a cousin or uncle, I don't see where Marsden would fit in?

There are many families where there is a big difference in age on oldest and youngest brother, so its just a possibility.

There's no big deal with the difference of age between them, they can still be brothers and Havok be the older one (like his Ultimate counterpart). I'm 27 and my older sister is 40 - it happens all the time.

I think Till being on the set of a sequel to a movie he was a supporting character in raises more flags then just a "set visit" like Massa.

Not to mention, he recently tweeted that he would be out of the USA for a while.

You have a good point. However, I think whatever he's using works more as a power dampener.

Mainly because if it was just imaged based, his clothing wouldn't be ripped after he cut it off.
