Burger King Delivery

Sorry if this has already been talked about.

Not sure how I feel about this, guess a mix of :whatever: and  and :awesome: and probably :csad: after my first Double Whopper Meal Large with a Coke delivered meal.

Personally, I don't see this taking off. Now where did I leave the Domino's Pizza number??

Sounds brilliant!

I'm mean, think of all the excersize that could be avoided if you didn't have to get off your arse to get your Burger King! :hehe:

oh wow I thought they had this in the states already, I read this in spanish a few weeks ago that they were going to introduce it here in spain along with KFC. Now all we need is McDonalds to get in on this too.

The funny thing is that its not the saturated fat in the Burger hurting people's health. Its the Hydrogenated fats (trans fats) made from modified vegetable oils the fries are fried in. That and all the highly glycemic carbs in the soda and fries.

This makes sense and doesn't make sense to me at the same time.

Fast food restaurants have a hard enough time getting your order right when your standing directly in front of them... What makes them think this is going to work any better!!

SO yay I guess...

Good point.

They tried this with McDonalds when I lived in VA about 15 years ago, didn't catch on.

Can only hope the required delivery uniform is this

...or is it "can only fear"...

NO! Demon, demon!

Really? because BK has the worst tasting fries of all fast food places.

I'm gonna go ahead and say I agree. I think I would take some hot McDonalds fries over any other fast food fries...

If this happens nation-wide, my health will not be pleased.

I'm trying to make a conscious effort to avoid fast food - I went on way too much of a fast food binge here recently, and it happened to click in my head that I was doing it -way- too often, so I decided that I now want to avoid fast food where possible.

Would it still be considered fast food if with delivery time could be like 30 mins til you get it? Bamboozle your health :word:

FINALLY! That drive around the corner on my Rascal was getting tiring.

It's almost like a, "why hasn't this been done yet?", kind of thing. But seems dumb to start now at the same time.
