Buying Imported Games to Play on the PS3

I have a question guys. I live in the U.S. I want to get the UK version of MK Vs. DC because it's not edited like the U.S. version. Just look at Joker's Fatality and see for yourself.

If I buy UK games....... or any foreign games for that matter, I'm I able to play it on the PS3. Am I able to play online. Can I download DLC content?

OK, I have a bit of experience with this. I bought the American copy of Warhawk (I live in the UK), and the game plays fine, online works, trophies worked, everything. However, I went to download the DLC, and found out to my cost that even though the games are region-free, the DLC isnt. You can play the game as much as you want, online or off, but if you plan on buying the DLC, its best to buy from your region. Hope it helps.

man, i really want that Joker's Fatality uncensored, but I'm afraid on missing out on some good DLC, like costumes or what not

Is it censored that badly? I'm not really familar on MK vs. DC.

if you got the UK version you could set up a UK store account and get DLC from there, i think.

You'd also have to set up an English bank account too.

Even if i pay for DLC using credit cards, I can't buy UK content here in the US?
