BvS BvS villains... How many and which one(s)?

After reading a recent rumor that 3 villains would appear to coincide with the presumed 3 heroes (Batman, Superman, Wonderwoman) and a mix of cameos that foreshadow future villains/hero characters... I was wondering what villain or combination of villains makes the most sense?

I think for years people have speculated after success of TAS versions, that the following combination would be very good:

Lex, Metallo, and Brainiac.

It has been a popular fan choice trio. What other combinations would work? Or do you feel Lex and Bruce dynamic with the rumored robots/drone army would be enough?

Hang on.. if it's 3 villains, shouldn't you pick one from each superhero's rogues gallery?

IE:

Batman - Mad Hatter
WW - Cheetah
Superman - Livewire

(for example)

I'd be happy with just Lex and a battalion of Darkseid's lieutenants to foreshadow Darkseid's arrival in JL (if indeed Darkseid will appear in JL). Not sure if we need specific villains associated with each hero.

I still like the idea of Superman being the villain for most of the movie. Having the likes of Bruce Wayne and Lex Luthor scope him out and with Supes winning the hearts of all but Luthor.

Then prelude to Luthor being up to no good and accidentally signally Apokolips or something along those lines.

...then Lex...Metallo would be sweet. And possibly someone comparable to Batman's sklls. Like Deathstroke. I would say Bane but we just saw Bane. Do something new.

People say the same thing about Ultron = Brainiac. If they pay too much attention to what's already been done they'll have no options, they just need to deliver it in a fresh way.

If there has to be three villains, have it be Lex, Metallo and Deathstroke. Metallo's the only one whose origin you have to explain, and God knows this movie should be spared from any more plotlines.

Save Doomsday for later. Like, way later. Have Brainiac attack Earth and unleash him in...JL 3, maybe. Always thought it would make sense to introduce Doomsday that way, especially if they both have their Kryptonian origins in this universe.

This is a good selection. Brother Eye could be a joint WayneTech-Lexcorp venture to keep an eye on Superman and hijacked by Lex.

I'd also have another assassin-like villain in the vein of Deathstroke included too.

That's what I'd expect, and perhaps being made from the Kryptonian alloy he can't simply use heat vision to win I only say Lex, Metallo, and Brainiac if it is 3 villains for a MOS sequel. Is this going to be mostly an MOS sequel with some light Batman and setup Wonder Woman to bring in the cash as well as setup JL with foreshadowing? Still dunno how much of an MOS sequel this is gonna be.

It seems obvious that this would be a bridge movie to JL. Snyder contends it is a MOS sequel. Could it be more Superman in this than fans currently believe?
